Digestive Honey Electuary

A gentle, warming blend meant for after the meal is done that tastes like a treat! Ginger and fennel bring their traditional digestive warmth, chamomile offers its familiar calming presence, and cardamom and Ceylon cinnamon round things out with a soft, aromatic sweetness. Suspended in raw honey, Table's End is stirred into warm water or tea, or taken straight off the spoon as the table clears. Tastes a bit like Licorice!

Ingredients: Raw honey, ginger powder, fennel seed powder, chamomile, cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon.

Suggested use: Take 1 teaspoon after meals, or as needed. Stir into warm water or tea.
